Lake Geneva Resort Activities - Geneva National Hiking and Biking Trails

Trek & Traverse Geneva National’s 3.5 Miles of Wisconsin Woods

Lace up your boots or board your bike and hit the scenic trails on site at Geneva National. Carved 10,000 years ago by a retreating glacier, our 3.5 miles of upland, lowland and grassland trails offer magnificent views fairways, vistas, Lake Como and an abundance of fascinating flora and fauna that rotates throughout the seasons. During the year, more than 100 species of birds alight on property, including the Northern Oriole, Sandhill Crane, Belted Kingfisher, Rose Breasted Grosbeak, Indigo Bunting, Eastern Bluebird, Wild Turkey, Red Tailed Hawk, Great Blue Heron and Great Horned Owl. Look down around the trail floor and discover Jack-in-the-pulpit, wild geranium and bergamot, shooting star, goldenrod, skunk cabbage, rue anemone, spotted jewelweed and many other native greenery. For those with a need for a bit more speed, complimentary bike rentals are offered to guests of the Inns or The Ridge Hotel and trail maps are available at the front desk.
