The terroir of DAOU Mountain yields harvests of fruit with extraordinary phenolics, small berries with intense flavors, aromas, and deep colors from a low skin-to-juice ratio. Since their first vintage in 1972, the family-owned Caymus Vineyards has focused its efforts on producing quality Cabernet Sauvignon and has doubled-down on this goal, having been honored twice by Wine Spectator with “Top Wine of the Year Award,” marking the only time a wine has received this honor two times in a row.
