Destination Geneva National Expands with Acquisition of The Ridge Hotel, Rebranding as Lodge Geneva National
Big news is making waves around Lake Como! Destination Geneva National is thrilled to announce the acquisition of the 90-acre Ridge Hotel property — a strategic move that not only expands our footprint but also further elevates the Geneva National experience. The rebranding process is already underway, and we’re proud to introduce the newly named Lodge Geneva National.
This exciting addition brings 146 guest rooms, a full-service marina, 20,000 square feet of flexible event space, and three distinctive dining outlets into the fold. With this acquisition, Destination GN now surrounds Lake Como on three sides and lies just a stone’s throw from Geneva Lake, creating a seamless connection between lake life and legendary golf.
“Our vision is to create an upscale-yet-approachable hospitality experience that reflects the iconic and award-winning Geneva National lifestyle,” says President Garth Chambers II, whose family has owned Geneva National since 1996.
